Chang'an Town, Dong Guan city, Guang Dong province, China. There
are more than 300 employees, about 8000 square metres building area,
just 40 minutes distance from here to Hong Kong or Guang Zhou. APC´s Partner
was start in 1993, main major in plastic mould and die casting
mould with more than 10 years working experience in this field. Now
we are already a professional manufacturer in design, build and
injection range.
Our mould are widely use in home appliance, telecommunication,
kitchen and sanitation, computer, automobile, toys, office, sport,
medical, garden range.
We equipped with CNC processing center, CNC Lathe, EDM, wire cut,
slow-speed equipment, milling machine, grinding machine etc. Own 50T
to 800T injection machine for mould trail and mass production. And
we will continue increase equipments fulfil customer’s requirements.
We own experienced engineering team, there are more than 20
engineers with 10 years working experience in mould range, well
known DME, HASCO standard. They can skillful operate UG, CAD, Pro-E,
Soildworks, 3D Max, Mastercam software, precision of mould reach
+/-0.02mm, length reach 2000mm, weight reach 10T. We can analysis
drawing or sample from clients exactly, offer quickly and satisfied
technology supply. At the same time, we own rich experience in hot
runner system field.
We have in house quality staffs, with advanced testing equipments as
Altitude gage, 3D etc to insure all the processes in control. And we
will bring in new testing equipment according to customer’s
requirement.
60% mould has been exporting to Europe, America, Oceania and Asia,
and 40% for China mainland clients. Monthly capacity reach 50 sets.
Our sales department can communicate with worldwide customers
freely, translate customer’s documents exactly, they are friendly
